PGDM-C & PGDM
Post Graduate Programme in Management
Business education goes beyond spreadsheets and case studies.
Here's what we've learned after decades of building marketing leaders: the best strategies come from minds that can think like poets and analyze like scientists.
MICA's PGDM-C and PGDM programme create a different breed of leaders. We're talking about people who look at market data and see cultural shifts, who turn consumer insights into compelling narratives, who build businesses that people actually care about.
Because at the end of the day, every spreadsheet tells a human story - and the leaders who understand that story are the ones who change industries.
Two Paths, One Vision

Side-by-Side Comparison
The question isn’t which is better – it’s which path energizes you more: the one that starts with understanding people and culture, or the one that begins with data and technology.
At MICA’s School of Management, we believe the future belongs to leaders who can bridge both worlds. Your programme choice determines where your journey begins, not where it ends.
