The four pillars of the School

These four pillars form the School’s DNA and run through everything it teaches.
The School’s first offering is the 11-Month Certificate Programme in Strategic Communication, launching in Academic Year 2027–28.
In time, SoSC will add further postgraduate certifications and courses building capability in narrative research; technology, public policy and ethics; corporate social responsibility and sustainability reporting; and global media and communication, among others.

11-Month Certificate Programme in Strategic Communication
A practice-anchored, full-time, off-campus residential programme designed for professionals who will shape business conversations in the AI era.
The programme combines linguistic know-how, analytical insight, creative thinking, narrative capability and technological fluency to address complex communication challenges across organisations, markets and society.

HCXAI & Conversation Design
Students learn to design how AI systems communicate with people, with an emphasis on responsible dialogue, human-centred interaction and ethical AI communication.
