Established in 1991, MICA is an autonomous, non-profit institution dedicated to creating leadership in Management. MICA offers a wide range of academic programmes, which include the Post Graduate Diploma in Management -Communications (PGDM-C) , Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) , Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Crafting Creative Communication (CCC), Post Graduate Certificate in Content & Creator Economy (CCE) and Fellow Programme in Management (FPM). This apart, MICA also conducts a host of Online Programmes, Leadership and Management Development Programmes (LMDPs), and Training Programmes and Workshops.

Excellence in Strategic Marketing & Communication

MICA is also an excellence hub for academic research in Strategic Marketing and Communication. Our faculty creates and expands the boundaries of both theory and methodology in these fields. Our research is published in the world's leading journals on Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Communication and Management while other academics routinely cite our papers. Our faculty are eminent authors with their contributions published in academic handbooks and books. Our faculty is frequently called upon to consult industry to solve complex business problems, to advise on curriculum in other academic institutions and to participate in policy development for national agendas. We also curate secondary data into informative reports that are used extensively by industry and government as reliable source material for their applications and determinations.

Rankings and Accreditations

MICA has gained recognition for its high-quality education, earning key accreditations and steadily improving its national rankings. Its programmes PGDM(C), PGDM and FPM, are all recognised by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). The PGDM(C) and PGDM programmes are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), while the PGDM(C) and FPM programmes are recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) as equivalent to a degree awarded by a University.
