His work focuses on a question central to strategy: why do firms with similar plans achieve very different outcomes? He examines how organizations translate strategic intent into execution through capabilities, leadership, culture, and talent, and how human capital and emerging technologies, particularly AI, become sources of sustained competitive advantage.
His expertise spans strategic transformation, strategy execution, capability building, organizational culture, and the strategic implications of AI for how firms organize, compete, and create value.
He has contributed to management education through teaching engagements in Negotiation and Strategic Storytelling, bringing the problem-structuring, stakeholder-influencing, and executive-communication practices of strategy consulting into the classroom. Alongside his corporate stints, Dr. Ronak has remained actively involved in research and thought leadership. His scholarly works have been published in reputed international journals, including Information Systems Frontiers (ABDC A, ABS 3). His practitioner-oriented writings and insights have also appeared on prominent platforms such as People Matters and McKinsey Insights.
As he works towards becoming a certified executive coach (PCC, ICF), he is particularly interested in how senior leaders build adaptability, strategic decision-making capability, and resilience in rapidly evolving business environments.
