Sushant Dash is an alumnus from the 1994-1996 batch of PGDBM. He has over 15 plus years in Marketing and handling P&L responsibilities. He specializes in designing, implementing and evolving a company's approach to marketing, brand architecture and management, driving Innovation and Identifying new growth opportunities across market.
Post his PGDBM, he started off with ORG MARG as the Associate Research Director where he worked for almost 4 years before switching over to Tata Tea Ltd. After 5 years as Senior Brand Manager for Tata Tea Premium, he moved further to become the Group Product Manager. He went on to become a part of Tata Global Beverages where he took up various roles like Vice-President Marketing and Global Director. He was the part of core team that launched the Starbucks brand in India. He was responsible for strategy, marketing and category (Food &Beverage) for the retail stores. He was also responsible for scoping and setting up the CPG (consumer products) and Food Services Business for Starbucks in India. After his stint as the Tata Starbucks Ltd, he has been assigned the prestigious role of Global Brand Director at Tata Global Beverages. He is now Regional President - India at Tata Global Beverages, Bangalore, India.
