A psychology graduate and a MICAn from the batch of 2003, she interestingly explains how she got into Advertising and Planning – her love for trying something new every day paved her way to Advertising and her love for both chaos and order pulled her into the world of Planning. Currently she holds the key post of that of Vice President – Strategic Planning at Lowe Lintas. In her 12 years of career, she has worked with agencies such as JWT, McCann, Lowe and Publicis across various brands and categories belonging to Levers, P&G, GSK, Coke, Johnson’s Baby and Reebok among others. She has handled a cross-section of audiences, all the way from new borns to tweens, youth and adults. The brands she has worked with have given her opportunities to plan and ideate for conventional as well as digital mediums like mobile and social media. The best part about Shweta is that despite so many professional responsibilities on her shoulders, she manages to take time out to travel, read and write!
