Registration Process

Each institute is requested to nominate two of their best doctoral students to participate in the prestigious 7th AIM-AMA Sheth Foundation Doctoral Consortium, 2019. The students may be nominated by the Director of the Institute / Head or Chairperson of the Department or Area/ Head or Chairperson of the Doctoral Program. The nominated students are expected to complete their course work and comprehensive examinations by December 31, 2020.

  • The nominating authority is required to share the name, year of study and email address of the nominated students with us.

  • The nominated students are expected to download the nomination form, fill in all required information including a 500-word abstract of their thesis and email it to us. Invitations will be sent to nominated students along with the registration link.

  • The nominated students are required to use the specific email address shared with us by their institute to register through the online link we provide.

Registration Fees

Indian students / young faculty who are AIM charter member 20,000 INR + 18% GST
Indian students / young faculty who are not AIM charter members 22,000 INR + 18% GST
International Students 520 USD which includes 18% GST
Scholar/Young Faculty(who do not need accommodation) INR 17,500 + 18% GST
Scholars from India ( Presenter only for coneference - 1 day only) 5000 INR
Scholars from other countries ( Presenter only for conference - 1 day only) 5430 INR
one day conference participation 2500 INR
