The pace of change has accelerated markets are getting more and more turbulent in these uncertain times. Organisations need a culture of creativity and innovation where new thinking can lead to new competitive advantage. The key is to become ‘creativity-sensitive’ and ‘creativity-able’ to utilize creativity as a critical strategic resource. The break-through ideas can also come from outside one’s own industry. This needs a leap from creativity to TransCreativity, an experiential learning through activities that give knowledge tools and application techniques to managers in leadership positions to apply in corporate situations with far-reaching impact. Always focused on the consumer, the concept of TransCreativity is truly ‘consumer-centric’ that draws from the best practices from masters in performing arts and creators of enriching experiences. The programme draws from the best practices from a variety of fields, including dance, drama, music, pottery, magic and martial arts among others. It also includes areas like dreams and hypnosis to help you tap your own creative reservoir. TransCreativity brings a purpose to your leadership by fostering a creative mindset across the organisation, conquering challenges posed by uncertainty and chaos to unleash powerful solutions that deliver remarkable results-whether in the area of strategic planning, HR, marketing, finance and operations or in products, processes and services. This MDP on ‘Leadership through TransCreativity’ will help you develop creativity as a personal competency using 5-Es (Exposure, Experience, Education, Expression and Experimentation) so that you can subsequently apply it as an organisational core competency to deliver spectacular results for your company!
