The reception of MICA is literally an entry to the School of Ideas with its twin panels which pass the message of freedom for all and creativity of the past students. The foyer is full of the history with the photos of past 10 batches and the future of how MICA would be more aptly put as MICA KAL AAJ AUR KAL.
Inaugurated in 1993, MICA's Knowledge and Exchange Information Centre is an exclusive library for Advertising, Media, Marketing and Communications domains. It extends total information support to marketers, ad agencies, media houses, management institutes and researchers. The range of databases covered are books, newspapers, dissertations, television commercials, non-book materials, case studies, print ads and periodicals. Well equipped with all the multimedia facilities, the entire library is connected to the campus wireless network.
The Main and the New Academic Block and the Digital Communications Centre emote openness and creativity for students to think out of the box. These buildings house the Reception area, the Directors and faculty offices, Administrative offices, two classrooms with a seating capacity of 43 each, four seminar halls that can accomodate a total of 288 students. , an auditorium, Conference/Committee Room, Computer Labs, Server Control Room and the Media Lab. All facilities have Wi-fi connectivity, latest multi media equipment and air conditioning.
Launched in 2008, MICA's fitness centre houses the latest gymming equipment with changing rooms and shower facilities. Well developed courts also inspire the MICAns to choose from a wide range of activities including volleyball, football, Cricket, badminton, yoga, aerobics and tennis.
MICA's own Community Radio station (MICA VAANI) consisting of a Recording & Broadcasting Studio, the 9 screen Media Analytics lab (AMAP), 18 seater Video Conferencing room and an online studio with the most contemporary multimedia facilities make MICA an ideal technical setting to gain live experience on the latest trends in the field of Media, Marketing, Advertising and Communications.
Founded in 1991, the present campus spread over 19 acres, is best described by its red bricks, ample open spaces, amazing greenery, modern amenities, hi tech infrastructure and classic landscaping.
With a total of 18 buildings, this vibrant and diverse community's every aspect has been designed to help MICAns get the serenity that helps foster their creative and management skills and build relationships that will last a lifetime. A Relaxing and colorful environment with pillows for comfort, the auditorium with a seating capacity of 250+ houses the orientation, seminars and other major events such as the panel discussions, launches, farewell etc. This is the place students spend their nights working for the variety of events at MICA.
All student housing buildings at MICA are red bricked, double storeyed with an aggregate accomodation for 400+ students. Uniquely Indian, these student accomodations are named after Indian trees and flowers such as Champa, Chandni, Chinar, Kachnar, Parijat, Amaltas, Gulmohar, Palaash. In addition, we have the international students hostel named SILVER OAK. The campus facilities offer lush landscapes where students will enjoy an atmosphere very conducive to a Creative Culture.
Filled with warmth and good taste, the guests are treated to the MICA green environment with air conditioned rooms, a well equipped dining room and a view to cherish forever.

The late night tea and maggi at CHHOTA and yummy snacks at MICAFE, the two canteens that serve you 24x7. The best places to network over lip smacking food.
