MICAMINDS seeks to provide students with hands-on learning experiences through live projects. It also seeks to facilitate knowledge generation, assimilation and dissemination in various forms such as projects, case studies, lectures, etc.
MICAMINDS started in 2002. It is a faculty-guided committee consisting of 9 members.
The committee provides its members with a holistic learning experience including how to pitch, compile briefs, cost projects, maintain client relations, and evaluate projects.
In the selection process we currently have three stages of execution.
In the first stage, interested students are asked to present a case study or complete a research oriented task. Thereafter candidates are shortlisted for stage 2, where they are interviewed by the senior MICAMINDS team. Followed by another round of elimination, the final shortlisted candidates are called in for a final interview with the faculty head and the selection panel.
Based on this, the new committee is selected. Please note that if need be, the senior committee may choose to edit the selection process.
The committee provides a hands-on experience in running a consultancy firm.
