The committee provides its members with a holistic learning experience. Every member learns how to pitch, compile briefs, cost projects, maintain client relations, and evaluate projects.

How is the committee formed?

In the selection process we currently have three stages of execution.

In the first stage, the interested students are asked to present a case study or complete a research oriented task. After this step, a certain number are shortlisted for stage 2, where they are interviewed by the senior MICAMINDS team. After this, another round of elimination takes place and the final shortlisted candidates are called in for a final interview with the faculty head and the selection panel.

Depending on this, the new committee is selected. But, please note that the senior committee may choose to edit the selection process if they see fit.

The committee provides hands-on experience in running a consultancy firm.

What are the committee's Future plans?

  • Knowledge Generation Center (KGC)
  • Organising workshops/ knowledge sharing sessions on a periodic basis
  • Acting as a content aggregator for all knowledge created internally at MICA
  • Initiating international collaborations
