HEALTH & WELLBEING CENTRE

 

The Centre offers Yoga and Meditation courses and advice on health and well being in this modern stress related existence. The Centre offers advice on developing a good body, mind and spirit. It also helps you to rejuvenate, restore and rebuild your body and senses, through healing your mind, exploring your consciousness and discovering your potential energy. This is a chance to open the dormant forces in the mind for the formation of a creative and holistic personality. The sessions will help to balance your Psychological and Physiological systems through Yoga and Meditation. This is the ancient way of healing the mind body and spirit, opening the door to better communication with the world at large. Remove your ignorance or darkness through wisdom and convert your weakness into strength.

The centre follows traditional yoga such as Ashtanga yoga, Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga and Satkarma.Aspects covered are Asana (posture), pranayama (breathing process), meditation (management of the mind, thoughts and explore the consciousness) yoga nidra (psychic sleep or yogic sleep) Satkarma,laghoo sankhaprachalana (digestive track wash), kunjal(stomach wash), jal neti(Nasal cleansing).

Being well is the social responsibility of humanity in order to give something tangible back to society and to create wealth and health. The Centre provides all the resources for a holistic and positive approach to life for all MICANS. The Centre will communicate to you all the best spiritual processes of our ancient sages.

The centre is managed and the sessions are carried out by Mr. Rajeev Ranjan who has a postgraduate Diploma in Yoga Psychology from the Bihar Yoga Bharti in Munger. He has been initiated by Paramhansa Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati who is the Head of Satyananda Yoga. He has been working with the Taj Hotel Group for two years, the Indian Railways for two years  and for five years he worked at the Yoga School in Bhagalpur at Bhagalpur Vidyalay under Swami Omkarananda Saraswati. He has developed a programme for Discovery Channel during his time at the Taj Hotel in Goa. He has conducted sessions for All India Radio, for various companies such as, the State Bank of India, Indian Oil Corporation, National Thermal Power Corporation  and the Indian Revenue Service.
